      This is looking back at the trail I had just made through the unblemished snow…. The trail veers a little to the left where you lose sight of it, only a few steps, and then sharply to the right and around the corner. I suppose it does give that feeling of going off into the void, though…thank you, Bonnie. 🙂

    Lovely photo. Reminds me of skiing in Austria in 1978 – I love the snow. You’ve really captured the crisp cold air in the image.

      Thank you, Montucky…I’d love more of it, too. We did get another two inches last night, here in the valley, so I’ll have to get out into the canyons and see how much we got up there on the trails.

      It is beautiful, isn’t it, Orel! I took the photo a few weeks and then made it to the same trail again yesterday…only about one-third of the snow this time, but still wonderful. 🙂

        I haven’t been in the wild since August now.. and I haven’t even seen the snow this year.. So thx for the photo, cause it’s taken in such a way that I feel like I’m there!
