Amazing how much litter falls onto a forest floor isn’t it?

Thank you, Chillbrook…I love them, too. I almost wish I could have a jacket or a blanket made out of it all. It looks so warm and comforting. 🙂

Lots of beauty here seekraz! I have taken shots of the ground like this, and wondered how they would do as blog posts…you have shown me the ground is worthy 😉 Great images!!

Thank you, Robyn…I have considered shots like these in the past, too, wondering the same. Now we know! And the ground is worthy, indeed. 🙂

…and the crunch of it?
April 10, 2012 at 12:26 pm
Kind of like a granola-crunch, Gunta…and sometimes nothing…just a soooooft whisper step. 🙂

Wonderful. It’s so rewarding to notice the small – often unnoticed – aspects of Nature.

Lovely! People forget to look at the ground as they walk through a forest, but there is so much to see! Your pictures show this 😉

Thank you, Yvonne…and we forget to look up, sometimes, too…there is so much more waiting for us when we really look around. 🙂

Ahhhh, close-ups. My favorite. 🙂 There is a lot to love here: perspective, textures, colors, but mostly I like how these allow me to see differently and to appreciate the ground and all the wonderful stuff it has to offer visually. I love the ground. 🙂
