One moment….

She breathes quiet and deep and fierce…a harsh whisper of tones unheard but felt…present then gone and stirring and troubling always…not in concert even with herself…one moment….

  1. Nice shot. It’s difficult to capture mountains peeking through clouds. They seldom turn out the way I want them to look, but you got it right.

  6. When you’re down in the valleys the clouds seem so high, but get up into the mounains and everything changes. Hope you could see to find your way down. The last time I was in a spot that looked like your picture I could barely see my hand in front of my face.

    • It is incredible how close the clouds can be when we’re up in the mountains…sometimes close enough to almost touch…and other times enveloping us. They can certainly make for an interesting hike.

  9. Appeals to me too, especially when you are in the clouds as they drift past with just glimpses of the real world beyond.
