It turned-out much better than I thought it would when standing out there on the mountain, Chillbrook…thank you!

This is a really interesting photograph. It truly emphasizes the expansiveness of the area and the height of the mountains. And yet it’s somehow delicate. Big like! =)

Thank you for the “big like,” Karen…and I was thinking that the snowy mountain with the tiny trees added something softer to the image, I think your words put it well…there is something delicate about it…thank you again. 🙂

we like inversions
December 11, 2012 at 11:21 am
The inversions in our valley, or basin, usually trap the pollution and other crud in the air…making it not so pleasant here sometimes…I’m sure it’s a bit different over in the Isles…..

Gotcha – I didnt expect that response Scott, I see inversions quiet often in the a place called the Lairig Ghru which is a U shaped glen (valley) which separates East and West Cairngorm plateau http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lairig_Ghru

Thank you, Yvonne…but it will probably return, won’t it?

I do not miss those inversions one bit. Thanks for the reminder of how nice it is to be able to breathe…

I gotta say, that looks weird, strange, I don’t see things like this ever, I do love it though.

It sure does, Leanne…it’s still relatively new to me, too. I’m glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
