Clever shot: the way that one small triangular shaped tree is surrounded by all those much taller specimens.

Everywhere I go today, the theme seems to be trees. Love the perfect snow-covered conifer. It’s better than any tinseled Christmas tree (IMHO). The perfect winter wonderland. You almost have me missing snow…. but only for a minute. 😉

Yes, there be some trees about…. I prefer this one to the tinseled trees, as well, Gunta…and I’ll keep trying to get you to miss it…see what I can do with some more photos of the white stuff…. 😉

Lovely scene.
You DO shoot trees particularly well (& mountain landscapes). You seem to get great depth and majesty in many of your images. What lens are you using (or have I asked you that before & forgotten what you told me).

Thank you very much, Victoria…Nature has given me a lot of wonderful stuff to choose from out here…and my camera is an off-brand point and shoot…nothing fancy, but seems to work pretty well for my needs right now.

Some of the most beautiful things in the world are right in front of our eyes. It just takes an artist eye to capture it for our enjoyment. Thank you 🙂
