Scott, I really like this photo…. the cold light and the person walking on the trail. Reminds me of walking in the Boise foothills. Thanks for posting it.

  I imagine that it would be very similar to walking on your Boise foothills, Erica…it’s not exactly walking distance from there, but it’s not too far either…and you’re welcome. 🙂

I love this photo. It’s been weeks since I’ve been able to go hiking – weather and my schedule just haven’t allowed it. Hopefully soon but in the meantime, I can have little vicarious moments through photos like this.

In case it looks like my son has a third leg or is getting ready to jump a post, that darkness between his feet is actually my grandson’s foot…he was a little bit ahead of my son on the trail…….and there it is…hopefully it’s not too much of a distraction. 🙂

WOW. Just WOW. This is a painting, Scott. The white “arm” of foliage does it for this one. I love the subject too. This is definitely one of your very best, memorable, and classic photographs. A keeper. 🙂

This is wonderful. I’m seeing some serious growth in your images…. the composition in this one is superb. The money plant adds an incredible touch. Perhaps someday you can remove the offending foot (which I never noticed until you pointed it out.) 😉
