Beautiful. I often find forests to be a bit eerie and menacing but not this one…..I understand Colorado (it is Colorado, isn’t it) to be so beautiful…I wish I was there to see this…and perhaps even walk amongst the trees

Hello, SP – I agree that the darker, thicker forests can be a bit menacing…so full of the unknown. These stands of aspen, even when they’re in larger forest settings, allow so much light through their branches and leaves that it’s usually a very bright place…. I know there are quite a bit of aspen in Colorado, but these are down the road from me a bit here in Utah. I’m pretty sure, too, that you would enjoy hiking through the trees. 🙂

I don’t believe I ever saw an aspen. They are beautiful, aren’t they! Christmas card trees… 😉

They certainly are beautiful, George…and would make a pretty Christmas card, too.
