It is magical, indeed, Robert…I love being out there alone with the quiet natural world covered with the pristine snow…. Thank you for being here, my friend.

You’ve beaten us this year. We haven’t had a real frost yet.
October 22, 2013 at 9:16 am
These are actually from up in the mountains, Allen…and I made the images at the end of September. We’ve only had one or two very, very light frosts down here in the valley, so we’re probably both in the same place with the frost.

There is something scary about this frost. Winter is coming… and I feel like a preview of my bones are pictured here…
October 22, 2013 at 10:42 pm
I suppose it could look menacing, Shimon…and I hope your bones don’t melt away when the sun comes up to warm your day…..
October 24, 2013 at 6:42 am
Smashing images Scott!
October 22, 2013 at 11:19 pm

It’s difficult to imagine the change from the valley to the mountaintop. The frost is beautiful on these dried plants, Scott. You’ve done them justice here. Really pretty images.
