    • I think the name is something of a misnomer, but yes, at this time of year, it would be cold…colder, anyway…but I didn’t check it when I was out there, so I’m only speculating…..

    • Thank you, Tim…that sun was going to be creeping over the ridge in the next hour or so and the opportunity would be gone to catch it like this again…for another day, anyway.

    • It sure is, Terry. I’d love to have been there toward evening…might have seen some of the wild burros and other animals coming in for a drink….
