Commuter Sunset

I suppose one could say that it’s worth the occasional blinding sunset when heading west in the evenings after work…because of the occasional treasure one finds smack-dab in front of them on other days…..

  1. Wow! That’s simply amazing. Actually quite startling, like the earth on fire. Pity you have all them cars in the way!!! πŸ˜‰

    • Yes, Gunta…all of those damn cars!

But amazing and startling, as well. Thank you. πŸ™‚

  2. I do miss those Western Skies Sunsets . . . haven’t seen anything like that in two years of living here.

    Very nice

    • I’ve argued with western-living family that skies are skies regardless of how they’re framed, but it seems I’m wrong, as I hear/read of reports by others stating the same as you have….

      Thank you, Emilio.

    • It could also be I seldom get to see wide expanses of sky, but even so, a “nice” sunset here pales in comparison to what I used to see out west (and Hawaii). Don’t have an explanation; just an observation. Perhaps something with humidity and cloud distribution, but I’m pulling that out of dark places and have no basis for the conviction that is the case.

      • It sounds good anyway, Emilio…even if it came from the dark places….
