One thing I miss here in Illinois is those vistas.

Yeah…probably not too many of those to be had…but you do have deciduous forests and deer in your back yard. 😉

Yup. Had a doe and fawn laying down just past the patio this morning. Also, two rabbits (soon to be more).

What’s not to love? Mountains and stunning clouds! Hope you’re managing to stay cool.

Far away mountains and yes, stunning clouds. The humidity is over with the passing monsoons, now…so it’s just a dry heat now…108 today….

I would not do well at all with that sort of heat. Or humidity. Though some raindrops would be extremely welcome about now! I’m with Lynn, though… those skies with the magnificent clouds offer a bit of recompense?

Oh, the magnificent skies you see in Arizona! Beautiful, Scott, thank you.

I’ll trade you some of the skies for your wave-washed beaches and burgeoning green forests!
My pleasure, Lynn. 🙂

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could transport ourselves to one another’s environments for an afternoon…but it’s a good thing we have cameras, computers, and imagination. 🙂
